The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our pool of secondary supply staff from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience, develop confidence and explore a variety of school settings before committing to a permanent teaching role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects (depending on your specialism).
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students of varying abilities to achieve their learning goals.
• Adapt quickly to new school environments and teaching expectations.

Skills & Experience Required

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) achieved in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
• A positive, proactive approach to teaching.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different settings and student needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
