Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor Company Overview: The Supply Register are a managed service working alongside 5 multi academy trusts within Devon & Cornwall including St Barnabas Trust, Dartmoor Academy Trust, WAVE Academy Trust and Transforming futures trust. The Role: We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring that students stay on task. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students complete assigned work. Manage student behavior and ensure a safe, orderly classroom environment. Provide support to individual students where necessary. Ensure a high standard of safeguarding and student welfare at all times. Assist with other duties as required, such as exam invigilation or supporting school events.
