About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming infant school in Upminster. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil, alongside delivering small group interventions to support learning and development across the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil
- Deliver targeted small group interventions
- Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience working within Early Years or Key Stage 1/Lower Key Stage 2

- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Be available five days per week
