Over the past 12 months we have experienced significant growth by securing new partnerships with several Multi-Academy Trusts and Colleges across the UK. We are building something special and are looking for an innovative and passionate Resourcing Executive to join us in Birmingham.
As a Resourcing Executive, you will join our Further Education team and will specialise in candidate attraction & compliance. This is a fast-paced role which is pivotal in attracting and onboarding high quality candidates to meet the needs of our clients. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role between home and our office space.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Write and post engaging and unique adverts to attract candidates
- Proactively source candidates through headhunting on job boards and social media platforms
- Effectively use internal databases and the refer a friend scheme to continuously expand the candidate pool
- Research and attend local job and university fairs
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to understand the vacancies and requirements of the regionβs clients
- Proactively build a pipeline of skilled candidates for potential future roles
- Shortlist candidates from adverts and ensure that applicants are replied to in a timely manner
- Screen suitable applicants and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability and preferences
- Effectively manage a high volume of vacancies which will include both teachers and support staff
- Arrange formal candidate interviews with the partnership team
- Build positive relationships with candidates to ensure high levels of engagement and commitment
- Work with the regional compliance manager to ensure a smooth process for all candidates
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 12 months experience in a resourcing role
- Have a strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and tools
- Proven record of working towards KPIs and hitting targets
- The ability to prioritise and hit deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
