Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SEND strategies and inclusive teaching methods.
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for making a difference in students’ lives.
