Teaching Assistants Needed – Lichfield

Pay: £85 - £90 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Flexible Work: Full-time and part-time positions available

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining effective classroom management.
  • Help students stay focused and engaged during lessons, ensuring they complete set work.
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping students develop academically and socially.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
  • Help with preparing classroom materials and contributing to the smooth running of daily classroom activities.
  • Report any concerns to relevant staff members, ensuring safeguarding and well-being protocols are followed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar educational role is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
  • Passion for Education: A deep commitment to supporting and inspiring students in their academic journey.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and working independently when required.
