The Supply Register are proud to be working in partnership with Prospere Multi Academy Trust. We are currently seeking dedicated and resilient Teachers to join our team, providing flexible support across the schools in both long term and short term positions.

We are looking for a long term, full time teachers to start after the Easter break , to join a vibrant and inclusive special educational needs school committed to making a difference in the lives of young people with Special educational needs.

As a teacher with the Prospere Trust SEN Schools, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for pupils with a range of learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and social, emotional or mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored, engaging lessons in line with EHCP targets

  • Build strong relationships with pupils using positive behaviour strategies

  • Work collaboratively with a skilled team of support staff and therapists

  • Maintain a calm and consistent classroom environment

  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the varied needs of our learners

About You:

We’re looking for teachers who are:

  • Experienced in working with children and young people with behaviours that can challenge

  • Confident in using de-escalation techniques and restorative practices

  • Flexible, patient, and emotionally resilient

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) required

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one
