The Supply Register is the official and exclusive staffing partner for The Mead Educational Trust (TMET), a well-regarded multi-academy trust with a network of secondary schools across Leicestershire. We are actively recruiting confident, professional, and reliable Cover Supervisors to join the bank of staff for TMET schools, with placements beginning in March 2026.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during the short-term absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
  • Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
  • Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any behavioural incidents.
