Part Time Receptionist / Administrator required for busy GP Practice. The ideal candidate must be friendly, enthusiastic, committed and punctual. You should have good customer service skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to use own initiative.
The successful candidate will have excellent proven customer service, clerical skills along with competent computer skills using Microsoft Office β Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email. We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and the ability to use new individual database packages and associated equipment relating to the job and undergo relevant familiarisation and training.
Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English to communicate clearly both face to face and over the telephone, you should be a confident and flexible team player who enjoys a challenge and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in GP is desirable but not essential and full training will be provided.

We are a small practice with friendly team, have very good ratings from our patients.
