In this role you will maintain the cleanliness and organisation of holiday homes and communal areas, and assist with laundry duties.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organised.
- Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying and ironing of linen and towels to ensure they are clean and ready for guest use.
- Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Keep track of cleaning and laundry supplies, reporting any shortages or issues to management to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and cleaning staff to prioritise tasks and ensure that all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
