Your role as an Affiliate Campaign Assistant involves driving commercial relationships with key affiliate networks and partners to boost revenue, margins, and efficiencies—ensuring our content works as hard as possible. You will be a proactive member of the team, bringing project management skills, a keen eye for commercial negotiations, and an understanding of contract work to help grow the partnership strategy within the ecommerce and affiliates space.

Day to day you will:

  • Support the Affiliates Lead in managing partner relationships and providing daily operational and administrative assistance.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential affiliates and assist with initial outreach and onboarding.
  • Generate Insertion Orders (IOs) and set up amplification levers and traffic drivers to maximise partnership visibility.
  • Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends relative to partner performance.
  • Deliver efficient weekly and monthly reporting across all publications, providing recommendations for future activity based on campaign results.
  • Optimise key partnerships continuously to ensure the team consistently hits revenue targets.
  • Control the end-to-end invoicing and billing process for all affiliate partners.
  • Share knowledge on industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations to identify new opportunities within the affiliate space.
