Your Team: The Account Management team is the commercial engine room of our operations. We bridge the gap between sales ambition and flawless execution, ensuring our campaigns reach audiences across the UK through some of the world’s most iconic newsbrands.

Your role: You will be the technical gatekeeper for our booking systems. You will ensure the precise entry and maintenance of advertising data for The Sun, The Times, and our magazine portfolio, serving as the final checkpoint to guarantee all orders are compliant, complete, and error-free.

Day to day you will:

  • Perform end-to-end processing of print and digital advertisement bookings within Salesforce and Adpoint.
  • Liaise with planners to manage digital inventory levels, processing technical amendments and ensuring correct placement data.
  • Audit daily booking intakes to ensure all entries adhere to strict technical specifications and commercial compliance standards.
  • Verify customer metadata and order specifications to serve as the primary gatekeeper for data accuracy and financial integrity.
  • Process order payments and generate pro-forma invoices to resolve transactional discrepancies for the Finance department.
  • Compile high-volume weekly sales data and maintain real-time dashboards to track revenue and volume metrics.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Demonstrate a meticulous approach to high-volume data entry with a "zero-error" mindset to ensure technical integrity.
  • Manage heavy administrative workloads effectively to meet rigid daily deadlines for print and digital cycles.
  • Communicate technical booking requirements and data discrepancies clearly between Sales and Finance teams.
  • Utilise technical experience in Salesforce, Adpoint, or similar CRM/OMS systems to manage complex datasets.
  • Maintain a methodical work ethic to stay focused on detailed tasks within a fast-paced environment.
