Salary: Rates of pay negotiable dependant on experience
We are looking for an experienced self-employed carpenter and builder to carry out renovation and repair work at a small rural pub. The role would suit a practical, organised and trustworthy tradesperson who is comfortable working independently, managing their own tools and workload, and delivering high-quality workmanship in a live hospitality environment.
The successful person will help improve, repair and refresh areas of the pub while respecting the building’s character, rural setting and day-to-day business needs. Work may include carpentry, general building, minor refurbishment, repairs, finishing work and coordination with other trades where required
