You will be a key member of the leadership team, working directly with directors and department heads to build out the next phase of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop operational functions across broking, client servicing, compliance, and support

- Monitor and improve compliance, FCA standards, audit readiness, and internal QA
