An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Claims Handler to join a reputable Independent Brokerage. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to clients throughout the claims process. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the insurance claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management: Manage and process claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of each case in accordance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, offering guidance, updates, and clear communication throughout the claims process.
Liaison with Insurers: Work closely with insurers, adjusters, and third parties to ensure a smooth claims resolution, negotiating settlements and ensuring clients best interests are always represented.
Document Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and properly stored.
Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to assess the validity of claims and gather necessary evidence, including speaking with clients, witnesses, and experts.
