Responsibilities
- The role will be responsible for providing all accurate Accounts operations and reporting, control, and compliance, Cash and Bank management.
- Should have clear knowledge and high practical experience about Exp, IP, EP, CO, GSP, B/L and other documents related with commercial responsibilities
- Should have knowledge about Customs law and regulations about Import & Export, Customs Audit and be capable to negotiate with Customs bond department.
- Should have experience in the field of Export & Import through L/C & T/T, Freight Forwarding and worldwide Inco terms.
- Preparation of Monthly Fund Repulsion and disbursement as per approval, ensuring the proper documentation, records, and reconciliation.
- Preparation of Employee\'s salary & all kinds of employee payments, including Pay Slip confidentiality, and ensure the records & reconciliation.
- Dealing with external and internal audits, and Inter-Company reporting.
- Ensure the TDS and VDS per BD Government rules and regulations
- Dealing with cash and cash equivalents.
- Monitoring the team and handling other departments relating to Accounts & Finance work.
- Ensure the team keeps and record of vouchers & other documents related to payment.
- Ensure timely Daily, Monthly, and Yearly reports.
- Financial budgeting and planning (as required)
- Financial Control and accurate recording and reporting of all financial transactions.
- Verify project wise transaction list to reduce miscoding
- Review and approve payments and expenses.
- Maintaining compliance with the company policies and rules.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the concerned authority.
