The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

  • Act as a point of contact for Team UWE sports clubs regarding media opportunities.
  • Administer the media equipment booking system, supporting Sports Cubs to access available resources.
  • Assist with the delivery of a season-long livestreaming programme, ensuring a variety of sports are showcased throughout.
  • Support student volunteer photographers and videographers by connecting them with clubs.
  • Schedule social media content using approved templates and brand guidelines including core Team UWE calendar events.
  • Track social media engagement and content performance.
  • Support with the organisation of Team UWE social media takeovers for major events, competitions, and campaigns.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Opportunities Team, including responding to enquiries, maintaining records, and supporting departmental projects.

Skills and Experience

• Previous customer service experience would be great!

  • Experience of managing own workload and multi-tasking
  • IT skills & good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good communicator to a wide range of persons
  • Trustworthy/honest
  • Friendly/helpful manner
