About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support across our Marketing, IT, and Accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for students seeking practical experience in business administration while working with a variety of teams.
The successful candidate will help ensure smooth operations by assisting with administrative tasks, data management, communication, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Support social media scheduling and content.
- Help coordinate marketing events.
IT Support Administration
- Log and track IT support requests.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
- Assist with user account administration and documentation.
- Support the IT team with general administrative tasks.
Accounting Support
- Organise invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Support reconciliation and reporting activities.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Company Secretarial Support
Person Specification
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes.
- Familiarity with IT support environments.
