- Act as a point of contact for Team UWE sports clubs regarding media opportunities.
- Administer the media equipment booking system, supporting Sports Cubs to access available resources.
- Assist with the delivery of a season-long livestreaming programme, ensuring a variety of sports are showcased throughout.
- Support student volunteer photographers and videographers by connecting them with clubs.
- Schedule social media content using approved templates and brand guidelines including core Team UWE calendar events.
- Track social media engagement and content performance.
- Support with the organisation of Team UWE social media takeovers for major events, competitions, and campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support to the Opportunities Team, including responding to enquiries, maintaining records, and supporting departmental projects.
Skills and Experience
• Previous customer service experience would be great!
- Experience of managing own workload and multi-tasking
- IT skills & good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
- Confident telephone manner
- Good communicator to a wide range of persons
- Trustworthy/honest
- Friendly/helpful manner
- Reliable & punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
