UWE Bristol Sport, in partnership with BUCS and The Students’ Union, are working with a number of National Governing Bodies (NGB’s) in order to offer UWE students an 8-month paid position at the University; to assist in the implementation and delivery of the University’s Sport Participation Strategy.
Duties:
- Promote MOVE social football leagues (11 a side, 5 a side, and 7 a side) using a variety of engaging methods
- Support the other UFA to keep the Instagram page active and engaging
- Reply to enquiries regarding social football on Instagram and email
- Arrange the league schedule, fixtures and collate results
- Inform players of match timings
- Contact and arrange referees
- Lead the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions organising pitch layout, referee allocations, football and bib handout
- Keep track of kit and equipment
- Contact UWE Bristol Sport with regards to league updates and equipment

- Must be aged 18 years or over and a current UWE student or UWE alumni
- It is desirable to have a UK driving licence and car
