About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support across our Marketing, IT, and Accounting functions.

  • Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
  • Assist with user account administration and documentation.

  • Organise invoices, receipts, and financial documents.

  • Support reconciliation and reporting activities.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Person Specification

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
