Location: Jewellery Quarter (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, hybrid working (3 days office-based, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven Internal Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, progressing, and closing warm sales leads generated through our marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. You will engage with customers who have already expressed interest, guiding them through their options, providing expert advice, and delivering a seamless and positive sales experience. What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage your sales pipeline to effectively progress and close leads
  • Follow up on high volumes of warm quotes generated through digital channels
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to manage the shared sales inbox
  • Retain customers by reducing cancellations and driving renewals
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Support the wider sales team, including leadership when required
  • Assist customer service and marketing teams when needed
  • Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards and compliance requirements
  • Proactively research competitor products and services to stay informed
