Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStruct E and have extensive structural engineering design and project-running experience (at Associate-grade, maybe small team-running experience as well) and be technical and commercial.

Current workload is a mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments, with project values up to £150million in various sectors of building structures, but with a bias towards phased residential developments.
