The Street Lane Practice is seeking a First Contact Practitioner Physiotherapist to be the initial point of contact for patients with musculoskeletal conditions in primary care. You will assess, diagnose and manage patients, working autonomously alongside GPs and the practice team.
You will order imaging and tests, develop tailored management plans, provide exercise advice, and support self-management while liaising with MDT colleagues to ensure seamless patient care across services.
