Position
The role
This role is crucial for the management of client cash generation across the STRAT7 Group.
This role reports to the Financial Controller but will be highly visible within the Group and have ad hoc interaction across client teams.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Client setup / changes in Business Central
- Client credit checks
- Job Administration – PO Administration and Client Portals
- Credit Control
- Debtors Analysis and Statements
Plus assisting with:
- Expenses (Posting and reconciliation)
- Credit Card (Posting and reconciliation)
- Bank (Posting and reconciliation)
- Ad hoc AP and AR analysis requests
- Internal invoicing between agencies
Requirements
The person
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Previous experience in this role;
- Experience in the business services industry or a related sector is desirable;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate confidently with client finance teams;
- Results orientated and confident having tough conversations with clients (and client teams);
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting and reporting software
