Swanbourne House School is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support with the day to day running of the school. You will work closely with the Deputy Head Academic and Deputy Head Pastoral for all academic, pastoral, safeguarding and attendance related administration. Reporting to the Head’s PA and Head of Administration, the successful candidate will have a professional, enthusiastic and friendly persona and strong communication skills.

The individual will enjoy building working relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils, ensuring an excellent level of service is provided at all times. They will be proficient in MS Office programmes and have a good eye for detail. Strong organisational skills are a must as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This is a term time only role (34 weeks) plus 5 additional weeks to be worked during holiday closure periods, as agreed with your Line Manager.

Swanbourne House School is a co-educational Preparatory school for ages 3 to 13 based in the Buckinghamshire countryside, around 20 mins from Aylesbury and Milton Keynes. Our curriculum provides a broad education with strong academic foundations, allowing pupils with a range of abilities, interests and learning styles to flourish.
