Stow Brothers was built to be a different kind of estate agent. We care about people and the communities we work in just as much as we care about property. We believe in being honest, proactive and genuinely local. We support the neighbourhoods we serve, we build proper relationships, and we try to make moving feel less transactional and more human. We’re now bringing that approach to Islington.
The Role
We’re opening our Islington branch in July 2026 and we’re looking for the right person to lead it. You must have worked as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager in Islington before. Knowing the area, the streets, the market and the people is essential. This will be a hands-on role, especially at the start. You’ll be valuing, listing, negotiating and leading from the front. Saturdays will be part of the role initially. Ideally you’ve opened a branch before, but more important is that you’re a proven business winner. You know how to build trust, win instructions and represent your brand properly.
About You
We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands what Stow Brothers is about. Someone community-minded. Someone who wants to be a different kind of estate agent. Someone who believes relationships matter more than quick wins. You’ll have a strong, experienced team behind you — but you’ll set the tone. If you know Islington, believe in doing things properly, and want to build something you’re proud of, we’d love to talk.
