We need an experienced assistant catering/café manager to take responsibility for the delivery of the daily F&B operations including basic food prep and stock orders. You will have a keen eye for detail, be interested in driving sales and have the skills to train and motivate young teams.

This is an interim post whilst we explore future opportunities. Flexible hours and days available for the right candidate.
