We are now looking for a talented and ambitious Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. If you have a strong culinary background, a passion for excellence and the drive to create memorable dining experiences as part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

As a Commis Chef at The Store, you will be responsible for demonstrating your culinary expertise by preparing and presenting a range of dishes to the highest standards. The role includes contributing to creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings and inspiring the kitchen team. Your attitude and experience will help foster a positive and cohesive team environment at the hotel.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Prior experience as a Commis Chef in a luxury lifestyle hotel or high-end fresh food lead restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
