We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys early starts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service and preparation.

The Role

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes while ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards are maintained throughout service. You’ll also support with preparation for the wider kitchen operation ready for the day ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard
  • Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
  • Support with prep for later services where required
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all kitchen areas

  • Previous experience in a chef or breakfast chef role preferred
