We are now looking for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards while supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional food experiences. You’ll also contribute ideas to menu development, help inspire junior chefs and play an important role in maintaining a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel or high-quality fresh food restaurant
  • Passion for food, creativity and hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Positive attitude with a team‑focused approach
