The Stoll Foundation is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic support professional to join our unique Support Team at the Fulham base.
This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, onsite across all Stoll Foundation offices with a salary of £33,264 per year plus benefits.
You will develop and carry out support plans, identify opportunities for client wellbeing, and advocate for clients to maintain independence and wellbeing in their daily lives.
