What is the role of a Sales & Events Manager:

  • Effectively execute pre-booked strategy.
  • Deliver pre-booked revenue and covers targets.
  • Drive additional business via outbound activity.
  • Manage Collins, Atreemo & Tonic systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance report as required.
  • Execute social media platforms and online presence plan (including website & listings).
  • Investigate the market and identify key event opportunities to drive more business.
  • Boost conversion rate through quick and clear customer communication.
  • Create and support delivery of bespoke events across the year.
  • Recruit, train and develop sales & events coordinator (where applicable).
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and via email/phone.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of bookings.
