Join our busy, friendly team at Stewartry Vet Centre, Castle Douglas. We’re looking for an organised, confident, and compassionate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and to be an integral part of our team to keep our practice running smoothly.
Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and managing appointments
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Coordinating the daily diary and vet schedules
- Processing payments
- Managing prescriptions and liaising with vets
- Helping everything running like clockwork!
Please note: This is an admin/front-desk role – no animal handling is involved.
