Responsible for maintaining existing relationships with schools. To be a school's first point of contact, to understand and identify the customers' needs, to meet these needs and to try and generate extra sales for the business. To identify any new business opportunities from existing clients to help develop the growth of the business further.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage a portfolio of school accounts.
- Arrange and attend school meetings on a twice annual basis, Back to School and Spring/Summer Term.
- To report on previous years' sales and suggest any improvements.
- Offer new and forward-thinking ideas, identify and suggest market trends, to develop upon these ideas therefore generating sales.
- Keep the communication channel going throughout the year, maintain and extend relationships with existing or replacement contacts at school.
- Support schools ie. Uniform Rules and Regulations, upkeep of uniform by providing services such as selling events to schools.
- Attend conferences multiple times per year, to generate new business and keep constant contact with existing schools.
- To coordinate and liaise with other members of staff that the account affects and update on any changes or replacing of new products.
- Developing products from design stage, through manufacturing process, to ensuring within branch at a certain date.

- Have a good awareness of garment compositions and manufacturing processes.
