Responsibilities
- To ensure that all customers receive the highest level of customer service.
- To greet customers in the expected Stevensons manner.
- To upsell additional items to customers.
- To handle customer complaints in line with company policy.
- To support with temporary staff training and development β led by management.
- To accurately operate the till.
- To maintain a clean, tidy and well-merchandised shop floor, stockroom and surrounding branch areas.
- To complete rolling stock checks.
- To accurately pick and put back items for web orders/returns.
- To complete deliveries and transfers.
- To carry out any reasonable tasks requested by management.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Netsuite β preferred.
- Adhoc projects and additional responsibilities if applicable.
