To support the daily operations of the shopfloor. Responsible for overseeing a team and providing the highest level of customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- To work with Manager to achieve shopfloor standards including windows and exterior shopfront.
- Effectively merchandise the shopfloor - Considering both Visual and Allocation needs.
- To ensure tills are cashed up properly and any discrepancies investigated and resolved.
- Ensuring branch H+S standards are adhered to.
- Ensuring stock checks are completed to a high level of accuracy.
- To cover branch supervisors/managers duties in their absence as needed.
- Key Holding and Out of hours Alarm contact.
- Attend Selling/Display events as needed.
- To train and develop the shopfloor team.
- To highlight underperformance to BM/ABM and support employee with action plan.
- To support the teams wellbeing needs and requirements.
- Produce and communicate daily floor rota, including lunches, daily tasks via team briefing.
- Role model of excellent customer service.
- Being an escalation point for customer complaints.
- To oversee appointments at peak, ensuring maximum number of appointment and walk-in customers are served when needed.
- Overseeing of custom order placements on the shopfloor.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Netsuite.
- 3 years management/supervisor experience.
