The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
To provide head office support for the field team, answering branch and school shop queries and monitoring stock levels. To work closely with the Head of Retail supporting them in creating, launching, implementing and maintaining retail processes and procedures. To take ownership of key retail projects, liaising with different head office departments to ensure goals and timelines are shared.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To collate weekly school shop worked hours and enter on to the payroll system.
- To support HR and Branch Managers with administration of all new starters.
- To track and provide administrative support for branch managers with staff reviews.
STOCK AND MERCHANDISING
- To create/request weekly school shop transfers and monitor their stock levels.
- To monitor stock levels and order replenishment of “tuck” items at school shops.
- To monitor and collate feedback on DC/Branch Transfers.
- To review back orders and redirect where possible to ensure they are fulfilled quickly.
- To monitor Branch and School shop rolling stock take results.
HEAD OF RETAIL SUPPORT
- To support the Head of Retail in creating, implementing and maintaining new and existing retail processes and procedures.
- To produce monthly newsletter for all retail branches, liaising with other head office departments to include relevant information and reducing excess communication to branches.
- To manage and communicate Employee of the Month.
- To track and collate feedback from branches regarding State Primary Schools.
- To project manage branch incentives.
- To collate any adhoc information needed by Head of Retail.
- To manage staff uniform orders.
- To order and track branch and school shop equipment (cleaning, kitchen, bathroom) and stationary.
- Occasional visits to branches and school shops.
- Participation in the Quarterly branch manager meetings.
- Other duties as seen appropriate by the business.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- A good knowledge of all MS Office programmes with emphasis on Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines independently.
- Ability to prioritise multiple different projects and tasks at once.
- Knowledge of NetSuite.
- Driving licence preferred but not essential.
