We're looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to lead a team within a busy food manufacturing operation. You'll be responsible for maintaining excellent Hygiene standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving a culture where Hygiene is everyone's responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the Hygiene team
- Managing daily Hygiene activities across the factory
- Maintaining audit-ready Hygiene standards
- Supporting food safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance
- Conducting Hygiene inspections and investigations
- Driving continuous improvement within the Hygiene function
- Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
Required Experience
- Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor, Hygiene Team Leader, or similar
- Food manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of Hygiene, food safety, and sanitation processes
- The ability to lead teams, solve problems, and raise standards
