The role:
- You'll work closely with senior leadership, HR, and operational teams to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion isn't just something the business talks about — it's something people experience.
- You'll be responsible for creating and delivering initiatives that improve attraction, retention, engagement and development across the workforce.
- Developing and delivering the company's D&I strategy.
- Building programmes that support diversity, equity and inclusion across the business.
- Partnering with recruitment teams to attract diverse talent.
- Supporting retention, progression and employee development initiatives.
- Delivering training around inclusion, unconscious bias and workplace culture.
- Analysing workforce data and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
