Welder/Fabricator. Wembley Area. £35,000-£40,000 + OT

This is factory-based welding and fabrication. It’s solid work, steady hours, decent pay, and you’ll be part of a team that actually needs what you do to keep the place moving.

This role’s all about keeping the site’s equipment in good shape – welding, fabricating, stripping, rebuilding, greasing, replacing like for like components, the works. It’s hands-on, varied, and you’ll get all the training you need to not only perform well but progress to the next steps in your career.

Hours: Day shift/Early shift. Sunday - Thursday

Salary: Around £40K+ with allowances and bonuses, plus OT if you fancy topping up.

What you’ll need:

  • Basic welding – Ideally TIG & MIG
  • Fabrication experience (bonus if you can read drawings)
  • Fit enough for hands-on work
  • Good communicator, can-do attitude, team player
  • Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is handy but not essential
