This Facilities Supervisor role is a key leadership position within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. As the Facilities Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing site engineering and facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and keeping the factory running efficiently. This is a hands-on Facilities Supervisor position, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front while staying technically involved.
What you'll be responsible for as Facilities Supervisor:
- Leading day-to-day engineering and facilities activity as the site Facilities Supervisor
- Planning and prioritising maintenance work to minimise machinery downtime
- Driving asset care standards and improving long-term equipment reliability
- Coordinating maintenance and facilities priorities with production teams
- Managing facilities, building services and general site maintenance
- Supervising and developing a team of Maintenance staff
What we're looking for in a Facilities Supervisor:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in an engineering or facilities role within an FMCG environment (food manufacturing preferred)
- Previous experience in a Facilities Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or similar role
