£33,200 (hourly paid) | South Yorkshire | Site-based, Monday to Friday

This is a hands-on role at the heart of a busy food manufacturing site. The Technical Services Officer supports new product launches and makes sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Working closely with Operations, Technical, Planning and NPD, you’ll coordinate activity, track performance data and spot anything that doesn’t look right – whether it’s microbiological results, complaints trends or site KPIs.

You’ll report to the Technical Services Manager and be part of a small, supportive team where communication and attention to detail really matter.

There’s also scope to learn more technical areas – such as metal detectors, checkweighers and R&D equipment – so curiosity and a willingness to learn will go a long way here.

It’s a site-based role, with some flexibility needed around product launches.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A good eye for data, trends and detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn

Interviews will include a short knowledge-based discussion, and a factory walk to get a feel for the environment.
