Working closely with the Technical Manager, you’ll take responsibility for key technical workstreams and act as their deputy when required.
Your key areas will include:
- Supplier assurance, approval and auditing
- Food Safety & Quality Management Systems
- BRCGS, HACCP and customer compliance
- Raw material and packaging risk assessments
- Customer complaints, investigations and root cause analysis
- Non-conformances and corrective actions
- Audit readiness and continuous improvement
- Providing technical leadership when required

You’ll have good experience within a food manufacturing Technical or Quality environment, with strong knowledge of food safety systems and auditing. Supplier auditing or supplier assurance experience would be particularly valuable.
