The role
- You’ll support the Operations team by ensuring production data is accurate, up to date, and giving the business a true picture of what's happening on the factory floor.
- Working across Production, Supply Chain and Technical, you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing waste and maintaining the accuracy of the ERP system.
- You’ll be:
- Setting up and maintaining product information within the ERP system
- Closing works orders and tracking production through the manufacturing process
- Analysing production data and highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Producing daily and weekly KPI reports
- Maintaining Excel-based reporting tools and operational data
- Managing WIP stock and supporting quarterly stock counts
- Working closely with operational teams to improve data accuracy
- Supporting continuous improvement projects across the factory

- Experience in a production support, operations support or manufacturing administration role
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large amounts of data
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Tropos or similar
- Excellent attention to detail
