About the Role:
We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement across our processes. Using your Mechanical/Electrical expertise, you’ll lead maintenance best practices, implement reliability initiatives, coach teams, analyse performance data, and reduce risk while improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Engineering best practices and continuous improvement
- Coach and develop teams on maintenance and reliability techniques
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Manage process performance, equipment reliability, and risk mitigation
- Use CMMS systems for data analysis and planning
