Night Shift Rotation: 5:45pm – 6:00am
- Week 1: Sunday - Tuesday
- Week 2: Saturday - Tuesday
Night shift management is different. Less support. Fewer people around. More accountability. This role requires taking full ownership of a fast-paced production department overnight. You’ll be expected to lead the shift properly - drive performance, make decisions, manage standards and keep the operation moving in an environment where food safety, quality and output are all critical.
The business wants someone who can create structure, build accountability within the team and keep standards high when nobody is watching. You’ll be overseeing a high-risk production area with responsibility for people, performance, safety and operational delivery across the shift.
They’re looking for somebody with previous management experience within food manufacturing who is comfortable leading large teams, making decisions under pressure and driving standards in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit somebody who enjoys autonomy, likes leading from the front and wants to be part of a business that is continuing to evolve and improve rather than stand still.
