Production volumes are increasing, the night operation is expanding, and for the first time, they're creating a dedicated Night Shift Operations Manager to take complete ownership of the site overnight.
This isn't a glorified Shift Manager role.
When the days leave, you'll be the senior operational leader on site.
You'll have around 100 people operating across production, with Shift Managers reporting directly into you and dotted-line responsibility across Engineering, Hygiene and Quality.
Your job is to make sure every department is pulling in the same direction while developing the leadership team beneath you into a high-performing operation.
You'll inherit a business that's already invested heavily in its people, processes and facilities.
Now they need someone who can make the most of it.
