Reliability Engineer Monday – Friday | Days  Fancy moving away from simply fixing breakdowns and getting more involved in why they’re happening in the first place? We’re working with a highly reputable and well-established FMCG manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys looking at the bigger picture, improving equipment performance and making sure those same breakdowns don't keep coming back. The Role Analyse equipment failures and identify root causes Develop and improve preventative and predictive maintenance strategies Use engineering data to identify trends, recurring faults and opportunities for improvement Drive reliability and continuous improvement projects across site Work closely with Maintenance and Production teams Improve asset availability, performance and overall equipment reliability Support the development of PPM and condition-based maintenance programmes Help reduce downtime, maintenance costs and repeat failures What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Reliability, Maintenance or Continuous Improvement Engineering role Strong understanding of engineering maintenance principles Experience analysing equipment failures and carrying out RCA Ideally experience within FMCG, food or another high-volume manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Someone who enjoys getting into the detail and finding the actual cause of a problem, rather than simply putting a plaster over it What's On Offer?
