Join a business that’s growing — and grow your career with it. If you’re ready to take your management career seriously, this is the step up you’ve been waiting for. This isn’t a box‑ticking Team Leader role. It’s a chance to join a financially strong, well‑run business with big growth plans for the next three years, and they want people excited to grow with them. You won’t just run a line. You’ll develop real leadership skills backed by a management team that invests in you. Think structured development pathways, accredited management courses, and a support network that actually supports you. When you progress, they celebrate it — because that’s exactly what they’re aiming for as the business scales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a production line to deliver high performance across quality, efficiency, and output.
  • Coaching and developing your team with the support of experienced managers and proven training programmes.
  • Keeping standards tight—safety, hygiene, and accuracy are essential and you’ll set the tone.
  • Working closely with Production, QA, and wider management to keep everything running smoothly day to day.
  • Playing a key role in shaping future processes as the business continues to invest and expand.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Line Leader, Supervisor, or similar within manufacturing—ideally food.
  • A calm, organized approach when things get challenging.
  • Strong attention to detail, from weights and labels to hygiene and paperwork.
  • Someone who communicates well, takes ownership, and leads by example.
  • Experience with fresh or short shelf‑life products would be a real advantage.

Because this is a business that’s going places — and taking its people with it. You’ll be joining at a time of financial strength and operational stability, with exciting growth plans that offer clear career progression, industry‑recognized management training, and a supportive leadership team that wants you to succeed. You’ll get real autonomy, real responsibility, and the opportunity to build a management career in a place that genuinely invests in its leaders. The pay and shifts are competitive and reflect the level of responsibility—you’ll discuss details when we speak.
